As co-owner and licencee at The Dead Poets Inn I hold responsibility for the daily running of the family business. As the licence holder I have the responsibility for the welfare and protection of my staff, customers including the protection of minors from the effects of alcohol on others.I also hold responsibility for staff rotas, wages, pension funding, licencing of the site, security, purchasing of stock, pricing structure, etc.As sales and manufacturing coordinator I liaised with the production facility, prepared delivery information, performed stock analysis and attended site meetings and design briefings.The brief was to service a global aerospace leader based in Derby via a third party contractor.This was a fast paced, high pressure environment with instant stock call off capability which was to minimise aircraft downtime.
