- Developed a tool and method for Cumulative Effects Management in the context of achieving environmental policy objectives.- Tool estimated the probability of pollution (phosphorus load) reductions by management measures, individually and collectively as an integrated environmental management system.- Probability of achieving water quality policy objectives in the Great Lakes was observed, and reported.- Management system strengths, weaknesses and sources of uncertainty were summarized and risk management/policy recommendations were developed.

- Collected high quality survey data in unfavorable, unpredictable and variable weather conditions and environments while adhering to safety protocols.- Designed methods for watershed surveys to support flood mapping, as well as methods for QAQC integrating field, GIS and statistical methods.- Responsible for planning, coordinating and implementing field surveys, training new technicians and leading a survey team.

- Conducted topolographic surveys to establish surface elevation and landscape surfaces, feature detail and property boundaries using precision RTK GPS, total stations and fly leveling equipment.- Assisted party chief in ensuring project components were completed effectively and in accordance to the client's terms of reference.- Work diligently in all weather conditions, traffic and construction sites, sometimes for weeks out of town and away from home while maintaining adequate stock of supplies.

- Responsible for the organization and geo-rectification of historical aerial images for a contract issued by the City of Thunder Bay, Ontario.- Developed a report that covers project methods, procedures and limitations.- Used Lisboa QuantumGIS, KEDIT, Microsoft Word and Excel.
