Job Responsibilities:Production : Receiving schedule from our internal customers & analyzing the strip data according to the schedule. Monitoring the availability of raw material and communicate to concern department according to the demand.Coordinating with the despatch department & monitoring the inventory level to meet the customer target.Exposure to 5S activities in maintaining of House keeping.Looking the TS activities in documentation control, updating the Procedure, Work instruction, Revision of PFMEA & Control plan.Training the operators in ISO 9001, TS 16949 & Core tools.Planning : Raising the purchase requisition for raw material.Planning the schedule according to the raw material available.Maximum utilising the man power to get optimum output.Maitaining Delivery monitoring records and takes necessary corrective action for non achievable task.Conducting daily meeting to reduce scrap & increase the production.Inventory control of major raw material steel & finished goods.Development :Looking after the development of new products raw material planning & production.Act as a team member with Japnese (M/s Daido) & Australians (ACL) in connection with development of New bearing alloys.Done process validation for various new process such as Casting, Annealing, Bonding, Cladding & Cooling.Validating the process by fixing the optimum parameters to achieve the desire Quality results.Achievements:Sucessfully completed the new Alutin project in modification of continuous belt casting instead of batch casting.Sucessfully completed the Green strip polymer bush.Training:Attended Core tools of TS 16949. Attended IQA (Internal Quality Auditor).Attended two days training program on Meterials and metallurgy for Engineers at IIT-ChennaiSuccessful Implementation:FMEA - Failure Mode Effective Analysis.Process validation.Internal Auditing on Quarterly basis.
