My job here is dealing with the tickets coming in and repairing them over the phone and or in person. I deal with the PRI phone system with the company and repairing any phone issues from Digital, VOIP, also the cell phones with the company. Maintaining everything to running condition. I deal with several remote locations the cover Texas and Louisiana and cover the corporate office in Hammond, Ind. Also travel to refineries to set up turnarounds for the companys equipment. I set up Navision and a private server for them to sell supplies. Also Repair and distribute company desktops and laptops to employees.

Deliver and inventory medical supplies for patients and hospitals of the Franciscan Alliance. Covered large amount are up to 300 miles. Repair specific medical equipment including oxygen concentrators, nebulizers, hospital beds, and wheelchairs.

Attained Communication Technician IV status in 2009. With that certification I am able to work on cable, phone, internet, and business accounts with residential from repairing to installing. Extensive experience with Voice over internet protocol (VOIP) and system networks.Extensive experience in using Cable Signal meters, splicing cable, and reading for cable leakage. Maintained a high level of quality control to ensure customer satisfaction.
