Emergency Essential, worldwide mobility program, Logistics Assistance Representative(LAR) with are of focus in Radio Communications, Subject Matter Expert (SME) in primary area of focus, provides technical assistance on maintenance standards, policies and proceduresto field customers and commanders for all Major Subordinate Command managed equipmentto include the Global Broadcast Service (GBS) system, SINCGARS Radio systems, Harris Radio systems, Land Mobil Radio (LMR), THALES radio systems, Raytheon Satellite Radio (PSC-5), Command Post Platform (CPP), HCLOS, Command Post Node (CPN), FBCB2, BFT JCR, JCR LOG, Soldier Radio Waveform (SRW) systems and associated COMSEC equipment. Monitor/analyze readiness trends or problems and take corrective action to optimize readiness rates. Responsible for providing supportfor assigned geographical area of Armed forces as well as the Brigade Modernization Command to ensure that new technologies were integrated into current systems during Network Integration Exercises (NIE).
