Key role and responsibility:Play as Product Director and Project Manager in Brands and Application Team, fully understand the main pain points of brands which under the new retail model, and then customize the property solution for each customer.  As a principal of core product, in order to meet the aim of the KPI I need to think more about how to provide more efficient CRM tool/ Digital MKT tool / Analysis tool using Big data and Cloud services under new retail industry. And also think more about how to tuning product to adapt the changes from growth marketing.  Take the responsibility for whole product life-cycle management: through customer survey，business investigation，competition analysis to gather the requirements, design and deliver the PRD using Axure or other tools, cooperation with cross-functional teams such as marketing team, sales team , R&D team and operation team. Setup the roadmap and drive execution to meet each goals. Involve in fantastic SAAS based B2B2C solution named “QianFan” which included several subfunctions such as QR Shopping and mini-program “shopIn” , “FFAN” APP and mini-program. Design omnichannel Social CRM solutions, such as labels, policies, potential customers, online and offline channels, automation promotions rules, BI analysis tools, etc. for 30+ brands and totally 50 million users. Run Project in Agile process, keep eyes on story status and solve the problems to catch up the milestone, make sure all project go-live on schedule with high quality.
