Primary duties and responsibilities consisted of controlling and synchronizing all organizational level operations with the four lower echelon companies. Supervising, evaluated, and provided guidance to six assigned senior staff personnel. Retaining and refining the agencies training schedules and calendar; managing requests for all training resources. Briefing all organizational level operations training and development systems to include weekly, quarterly, and annual training briefings and training guidanceInstructing over 100 Soldiers on organizational level safety programs and supervising quality assurance inspections. Supervising the Command Inspection Program, Organizational Inspection Program, and Annual Mandatory Training. Which resulted in achieving a 98% rating and a top 10% unit placement on Fort Benning, GA. Directing the Staff Duty, Billet Key Control Manager, and Fort Benning’s Maneuver Center of Excellence tasking and facilities usage coordination point of contact without incident.Awarded the Meritorious Service Medal for distinguished outstanding meritorious service to the United States. Liable for and maintained 1.7 million dollars of unit equipment without loss or damage.
