I should have never allowed you to leave.”When you love what you do, getting results is easy. I am consistently at least an hour early to the job, and often work 12-16-hour days always wondering where the time went. As a Staff Sergeant in the US Army, Infantry Division, I learned the importance of leadership, the importance of doing a job right the first time, every time, and the tenets of motivating your team.
