• Managed 100,000 sq. ft. full-fabrication shop with over 100 shop personnel, producing steel belt conveyors and components for chip and stamping scrap handling. The facility consisted of raw material processing (saws, shears, laser tables, press brakes, and stamping presses), over 30 manual weld cells, four robot weld cells, five assembly cells, machine shop with CNC lathes and mills, two wet spray booths, electrical panel shop, final assembly, and skidding and shipping. I was also responsible for releasing production jobs to the shop floor and maintaining the shop schedule.• In addition to production, I managed the Manufacturing Engineering Department, which was responsible for supporting production with all tooling and fixturing needed and aiding with process improvements, and the Operations Engineering Department, which was responsible for converting engineering releases into shop jobs, using the ERP software.
