I oversee all project development, from conceptual drawings through construction completion. Before beginning work for any project, I invite local contractors and third-party service arms to bid on work based on scopes specifically crafted for each project. Each bid receives intentional review, conversation, and decision based on best fit to bring the project to fruition. It is important for Gillespie Group to partner with local contractors and third parties for all projects; together we focus our passion to elevate each space. I work directly with each vendor to ensure projects are complete based on an agreed upon timeline, while simultaneously producing top-quality results.The 100’s of development and construction projects I have managed of over the last 15 years has been incredibly rewarding. I am proud to be a member of a team whose development focuses on respecting history, while providing opportunities for growth.
