I have over 20 years working within the UK retail fund sector. I have also spent 9 years managing large relationships with custodians, registrars, Third Party administrators and vendors. I have either managed or worked in all areas of operations. In 2006 I won a global award for my work on projects and improving the efficiency and costs of the company while at Merrill Lynch. This highlighted the extensive work I had done with and for internal and external clients of the company, such as Investment Trusts, Charities, Sales, marketing and Broker Support.I have over 10 years experience as a Senior Project Manager, working globally on regulatory changes, system deployments and upgrades. Both on the client side and as a vendor. I have excellent experience in process change, project team management and governance controls.
