I am responsible for leading several crews, and for regular communication with our clients through site visits, field reports and one-on-one meetings. In addition to coordinating the Supervisors and their crews, I attempt to sell work orders on my sites (or at least notifying the Account Manager of possible work order opportunities), and support the Branch Manager with estimating, budgeting and client relationship management.
