Provides surge support across the ATI program, which has included drafting buy-in scopes of work for the Southern Africa and Western Africa Regional Missions, presenting on food security and resilience work for the Zambia Mission, spearheading recruitment efforts in Kenya, and leading trainings on ICA management, procurement, and USAID regulations for ATI’s finance, activity, and operations teams, among other tasks. Coordinates the administrative activities of the project including recruitment and mobilization of staff, maintaining project files, requesting purchases for goods and services, and ensuring submission of project deliverables.

Works with camp directors and senior leadership to build lasting community partnerships, strengthen alumni relations, and create pipelines for staff and campers, with a focus on underrepresented populations.
