Jason is excited to be continuing his Real Estate journey as the Regional Director of Sales for Compass Development Marketing Group.Prior to joining Compass in 2022, Jason spent a year working with PowerPlay Destination Properties at the Pendry Residences in West Hollywood and spent the previous 6 years working with S&P Realty Services as the Sales Director for Pacific Gate & Savina Highrise projects in downtown San Diego. Before moving back to California in 2015, Jason worked with Vancouver based Macdonald Development Corporation as the Director of Sales & Marketing for Lakestone, a Master Planned community and also a Property Specialist at Predator Ridge for Wesbild Holdings. Jason specialized in the sale of Custom Homes and Land at both communites as well as fractional ownership. Jason was an active part of the real estate community in Kelowna and was a licensed Realtor at LRE Lakestone Real Estate Ltd and a member of the Canadian Home Builders Association and UDI.Prior to returning to Canada in 2010, Jason was the Broker and Co-Founder of Nexus 30 Properties in Las Vegas. This was a very diverse time for the Las Vegas real estate market and Nexus 30 consulted on a number of projects from Billion dollar listings on the Las Vegas strip to bank owned foreclosured projects.Jason was also the Director of Sales with Playground Destination Properties, an Intrawest Company from 2002 - 2006 and during his tenure oversaw projects in Lake Tahoe, CA and as Managing Broker at Lake Las Vegas, NV. Jason started his real estate career in 1995 with Milborne Real Estate in Vancouver and during that time led a wide variety of projects in several market segments.
