I have nearly 25 years of healthcare experience. I started as a Radiologic Technologist, and progressed to an MRI Technologist. I have held leadership positions as a Chief Technologist, Radiology Director, and Executive Director-Ancillary Services. The departments I have lead include radiology, cardiology, respiratory, radiation oncology, hematology/oncology, wound care, and patient experience. I have the skills to improve departmental efficiencies while, at the same time, increase patient/employee satisfaction.I hold a Masters of Business Administration-Healthcare Management Specialization. I have Bachelor and Associate degrees in Imaging. I am a Certified Radiology Administrator (CRA), Fellow of American Healthcare Radiology Administrators (FAHRA), Certified Patient Experience Professional (CPXP), and registered in radiography and MRI RT(R)(MR). I have educational experience by being elected to the Board of Directors for the Joint Review Commission in Education in Radiologic Technology (JRCERT). I also have experience by serving on boards of AHRA, Boys and Girls Club, and the Boone County Chamber of Commerce (two term President), among others. I have given multiple presentations at various conferences focusing on marketing, leadership, and patient/employee experience, I have written numerous articles in Radiology Management, winning Article of the Year for “How Healthcare Leaders can Improve Emotional Intelligence.”
