Designed, created, and maintained computerized inventory database with Microsoft Access. Create, update, generate, distribute, review, and manage the preventative maintenance documents and system through the MP2 database. Coordinate with Maintenance Technicians, Supervisors, Managers, and Operating staff across departments to organize projects, research and procure parts and equipment, as well as resolve potential issues within the organization in a timely and cost-effective manner. Generate, edit, and manage records of Purchase Orders through the SAP accounting software. Investigate, communicate, and resolve issues between vendors and the Accounts Payable and Receiving departments. Research, develop, and maintain new and existing relationships with vendors and suppliers. Manage documentation and supply listings for all equipment and devices within the Microbiology branch of Thermo Fisher. Participate and aid in monthly Federal Government, Customer, Corporate, Internal, and FDA audits of the preventative maintenance and accounting documentation. Actively participated in several Kaizen events to help improve manufacturing and business needs. Research and procure Lock out/Tag out and other safety equipment.

Troubleshooting, repair, install, and maintain production related machinery. Track and estimate down time of equipment while it is in a nonproductive due to maintenance related issues. Practiced lock out/tag out and other safety related procedures. Wear and maintain PPI equipment.
