Creation and presentation of a first year student retention program proposal for the Faculty of Engineering. Reviewed, evaluated and analyzed relevant academic and professional literature. Drafted proposal on retention program and delivered presentation to the Faculty. Project is ongoing.

Provided students of the Faculty of Agriculture with a transformative educational experience in and out of the classroom through the provision of academic support and programming. •Delivered study and academic skills training to students through ongoing advising relationships.•Managed peer tutor program. Recruited, assigned and provided training to student tutors. Analyzed costs, program usage and ensured compliance to program requirements.•Re-launched and maintained Student Leadership Certificate Program. Recruited for program, hosted workshops, brought in guest speakers and provided ongoing support and coaching to leadership students.•Provided analytical support for all units in Student Services through creation and management of spreadsheets, databases and other tools to allow for tracking and reporting of metrics.•Worked closely with Disability Resource Facilitator to schedule, organize, invigilate and deliver exams for students receiving accommodations.
