Duties consistent with high rise building maintenance.- General plumbing.- Electrical and lighting maintenance and installation.- Boiler maintenance.- Refrigeration to include package and split A/C units and chillers.- Pump, motor and fan maintenance and replacement.- Domestic water pump station maintenance.- Closed and open loop water chemical testing and maintenance.- Programming and use of Daintree and Dali lighting control systems.- Maintain Johnson Controls building automated HVAC controls system from central computer also to include testing, programming, maintenance, replacement of field control devices to include VAV's, VMA's, NAE, N30, DPT's, and actuators.

Electrical Supivisor for general Construction company.Duties to include- Journeyman electrician, install conduit, wire, motors, controls, starters, lighting, electrical panels and any other electrical devices for current jobs.- Install and set up JCI controls systems for building automation systems. Including programming for HVAC PRO, N30, DX9100, and NAE. Also installed, Johnson N30, NAE, UNT,actuactors, AHU, DX9100, and VMA's .- Refrigeration work consistant with restaurant work, including refrigerators, walk-in freezers, wine cabinets, refrigeration drawers.- Supervise electrical crews for large construction jobs.
