• Built up TWN Ubiquiti 1st NPI factory in Taipei(2021,2.5K m2) and 1st NPI+MP factory in Taoyuan(2022, 10K m2)
• Managed over 100+ SMT&FATP builds which included material preparation, build kick off&5M readiness, DFM&MIL review, new process introduction, test environment set up, packing, and shipping.
• Delivered 10K samples from 30+ models and the first pallet of selling samples from Taipei UI factory.

Taiwan

• Responsibilities:
• Manage 3 product series’ (BMW automobile system, Golf range finder, RV GPS PND) milestones, communicate priorities and production status with stakeholders, identify project risks and initiate mitigation plans.
• Host Kick/Close/Weekly meetings, summarize project build status and manage project’s cost/capacity/layout.
• Organize engineering team, triage project’s HW/SW technical and production issues and drive resolutions.Achievements:
• Led PND/Optical products from Proto to MP stage, achieved time-to-market and 12 weeks volume KPI.
• Managed 20+ assembly equipment units and board/system level testers development/verification/series set up.
