The Digital Practice is the business strategy consulting arm for Dimension Data Global. It is comprised of a team of management consultants with specializations in various areas pertaining to holistic digital transformation strategy. As the digital strategy lead, I have an oversight role in terms of methodology development and application in client engagements. In terms of methodology application my focus area is customer experience, which is arguably the most important metric for organisations today. I am skilled in numerous enabling tools and methodologies to assess and remediate CX, including ODI (outcomes driven innovation), data and analytics systems as well as a suite of bespoke Digital Practice assessment methods to develop an in-depth perspective on business and customer needs and preferences that will inform the development of an effective digital transformation strategy. As head of digital strategy I led a team of digital strategy and social media resources.
