Starting from zero to build new operation team (workshop operation and field operation) to support different validation activities. The main activities were to improve ground conditions and develope applications for different machines, and start up workshop operations (tooling selection and purchasing, and process set up).

Validate machine performance, and sub-system (Engine, cooling, transmission, structures, etc) on CATERPILLAR machine (wheel loaders, HEX, TTT, Paving Products, etc).
