As a Product Manager I am responsible for building the leading customer journey for my product groups across all channels and countries where Coolblue operates. I do this by offering the right assortment at the right price and by improving the information and services of the product group. - I determine the strategy with regards to price, assortment, cross-sell and up-sell.- I analyse data and based on the insights I test new strategies.- I research customer contact ratios and return ratios do develop customer-oriented solutions on the website to lower these ratios.- I make sure that the marketing campaigns are performing as planned- I optimize paid and organic traffic for my product groups (SEO, SEA)

As an E-commerce (Assortment & Pricing) Specialist I ensure the right assortment for the right sales price for my product types. I think about the commercial objectives and draw up action points for the team based on data.
