• Provide outstanding customer service to all passengers• Perform pre-flight tasks, ensure aircraft is clean and tidy and that all meals are on board• Checking safety and first aid equipment to ensure compliance to safety regulations• Attend to passengers’ needs throughout flight duration and offering them assistance• Selling duty-free commercial goods and pursuing sales targets
