As Rick left collage and his roots in Pasadena, he migrated to Newport Beach, calling it home. Here Rick’s personality in taking risks shined as he became a full time member of the elite wedge body surfing crew, daily riding huge surf every summer for close to 25 years. This fast pace environment is also what intrigued Rick in the financial printing business where he served in various leadership and managerial roles, including the oversight of both Pacific Life, and PIMCO’s corporate documentation solutions. Rick’s outgoing, self-controlled, self-expressive, and when needed reserved nature, served particularly well in the oversight of several of Orange County’s largest mergers and acquisitions. Rick’s love for people and the gift to lead by example where especially beneficial when working with both large and small groups on these complex transactions. Overall Rick’s electric love for variety has served homage to his deep desire to serve people in a variable age continuum, to help them reach their full potential. In 2000 Rick and his wife Teresa, and their one year old son Luke took another risky adventure and headed for central Pennsylvania to live on an 11 acre equestrian estate that included refurbishing a 19th century stone and log home. Here Rick’s, as well as his wife Teresa’s attentiveness and love for real estate blossomed as the home and surrounding property were loving crafted into an authentic colonial space of living. Sharpened by premier homebuilder, Randy Lepley, and his wife Lori, who thrived in the area as a real estate agent, Rick’s eye for quality building and real estate analytics sprang to life. After several more years of consulting within the financial printing business and local community, along with a sales directorship role in Philadelphia, Rick and his family returned to California to plant a consulting and ministry business; assisting others build their families, business and ministries on sound biblical principals....

Later in life identifying that he had a gift that required self development, in connecting with those around him, Jason took initiative to seek self-development through studies in Psychology, Sociology, Philosophy, and Ethics. Looking back, this had been the beginning of his passion in life and purpose in business.Stemmed from a disciplined upbringing, Jason attributes his organization, and love for seeing the best in others to his mother, Nancy.
