-Own operations, strategy, and growth implementation for the San Diego territory, overseeing the annual budget working directly with the Executive, Finance, Marketing, and Product teams.-Lead and inspire a cross-functional organization to drive growth quarter over quarter and direct margin positive results.-Develop and own performance metrics, P&L, and growth strategy internally and to the external stakeholders.-Manage a team of seven employees by overseeing end to end operations from acquiring contracts to marketing and selling homes through Sundae’s internal marketplace.

-Primary dedicated investment consultant for 1,000+ third party investors in acquiring properties through Sundae’s internal proprietary marketplace.-Direct fiduciary representing investors in research, bidding, and acquiring over 140 properties with a market valuation of $79MM combined.-Exceed KPIs of three hours daily talk time, 80 SMS messages, and over 12 unique bids per property. -Grow Sundae’s local investor database through cold outbound communication of 25+ new active investors monthly.

Direct the acquisition, renovation, and disposition of several hundred properties on an institutional level basis with a primary focus on creating distributable income for fund partners while simultaneously improving communities.-Direct a multitude of acquisitions, primarily focused on single-family and small multi-family residential investment properties in California totaling over $50MM (Canter DA Fund I, II) targeting and achieving 35% annualized return on equity-Initial project sourcing, underwriting, and valuation for infill ground-up development projects submitted to development team (Canter Development) totaling approximately 40 dwelling units -Establish private money lending division under Canter Capital Management to fund residential investment properties to place $10MM in equity achieving 8% returns-Lead analytical role for equity placement within co-General Partner and Limited Partner position in apartment assets throughout the southwestern US targeting 20% plus IRR

-Identify suitable investment properties for short-term acquisition to disposition timeframe for institutional level distressed opportunity fund CROF (California Residential Opportunity Fund) with approximately $15MM equity placement-Obtained and maintained revolving credit line debt facility for the acquisition of short-term distressed SFR and 1-4 unit Multi-family properties-Head manager and project management liaison between acquisition team (Junior Analysts, Mule/Runner), asset management team (General Contractor, Asset Manager), and disposition team (Brokerage Agents) -Primary investment relations and investor reporting for equity placement in California Residential Opportunity Fund
