Led/Managed 2 distribution centers: Woodridge, IL: a 500,00 square foot finished goods distribution center operating 24 hours-7 days a week & Frankfurt, IL: a 300,000 square foot finished goods distribution center attached to a manufacturing plant. Responsible for Woodridge DC an annual P&L of $5.7 million, 40 employees, and annual savings targets. Responsible for Frankfurt warehouse with an annual P&L of $2.3 million, 30 employees, and annual savings targets.

Supply Chain Supervisor at Pactiv's largest distribution center located in the Eastern U.S.- Supervised, coached, developed and mentored 180 employees involved in performing a combination of shipping, receiving, loading, and unloading trucks, stacking, picking, packing and palletizing finished products across a 1.5 million square foot campus (4 warehouses).- Led and implemented change management within the organizational structure; revamped team lead/data specialist responsibilities across a campus consisting of 4 distribution hubs - Established cost reduction measures that directly increased on time delivery, improved productivity, and reduced detention charges ensuring Covington campus came under budget for the first time in 7 years. - Established cross training for team leads, data specialist, and lift truck operators capitalizing on their potential to develop future leaders within the organization. - Identified areas for process improvement, implemented changes in procedures and ensured critical customers deliveries were fulfilled without failure resulting in the company retaining a critical customer.- Utilized SAP to ensure daily productivity measures were accomplished, deliveries completed on time, and inbound deliveries processed properly, and submitted end of shift daily productivity results.

Led 150-person team in Afghanistan executing combat operations in support of counter-insurgency mission of 4,500-person Brigade Combat Team. Led 150-person team in CO transitioning from counter-insurgency to full spectrum operations. Maintained $25 million of equipment. • Led team executing mounted/dismounted combat patrols in Farah City, Afghanistan and 5 key villages; improved security, resulting in safer environment for 25,000 people in area; awarded Bronze Star Medal. • Mentored Afghan provincial assistant police chief, operations officer, supply officer, and training officer; enhanced their ability to effectively command and control police operations in province. • Revamped and drastically improved supply accountability; eliminated property loss for first time in 3 years. • Developed cross-training program and job merger of 2 military occupational specialties; resulted in certification for survey/meteorological and 2 radar sections, enabling unit to field more functional crews.

Advised commander of 475-person aviation squadron on employment of fire support assets in Iraq. Synchronized/executed mission briefings, aircraft employment, and battle tracking for adjacent units encompassing 30 OH-58D helicopters and 5 UH-60 helicopters. Developed squadron targeting process that integrated route clearance, scout weapons teams, and reconnaissance aircraft into one counter-improved explosive device team; reduced enemy activity by 20%. Quickly learned how to employ Kiowa helicopters in combat; directed, monitored, and employed 35 aircraft, flying 38,000+ hours over Iraq airspace with 100% mission support and no loss of aircraft.
