I have been working in the telecommunications industry for over 28 years, from a young engineer on the road installing and maintaining the systems, to project management and managing a UC installation team. I have seen many changes over the years and met some brilliant people along the way. Worked all over the UK and in many different verticals. From 3 extensions to 3000+ I have worked on many different types of systems and now working with the migration to the cloud. A new change of career for me from engineering to consultancy, My years of knowledge helps me understand how to offer the best service, my main objective was to always give the customer advice on how to get the best functionality from the product they had purchased. As an engineer, I never understood when installing a new system and asking the customer how they wanted it to work, with the reply just like the old one. I am offering advice on how customers can move to a UCaaS / CCaaS solution and how these solutions bring many added benefits and new features that in the past would cost thousands of pounds to do with an on-premise system. I hope to be able to help more new customers on their communications journey.
