Utilizing environmental test chambers as part of the design and development process, I identified deficiencies and implemented corrective actions to address those deficiencies, resulting in increased design robustness margins by over 6%.Additionally, I led efforts in environmental stress screening (ESS) planning and execution, ensuring that products were delivered and introduced into service without latent defects. This helped reduce customer returns and early field failures in over 75% of products tested.Finally, I developed data analysis and visualization tools using MS Excel and Matlab to reduce data analysis time by over 20%.
