I practice as an Intellectual Property Attorney at Perilla Knox & Hildebrandt, LLP, in Atlanta, GA. My practice focuses on all aspects of intellectual-property law, with particular focus on patent application preparation and prosecution, post-grant proceedings before the PTAB, patent enforcement, trademark prosecution and enforcement, and international patent portfolio management. I have worked on hundreds of U.S. and foreign patents in the fields of communications, software, control systems, power conversion systems, medical devices, and mechanical devices and systems, among many others. At ENI Technologies, I focused on digital and analog circuit design for high-energy switching power supplies, from design conception through implementation and testing.At Intel Corporation, I worked on multi-chip packaged Flash, SRAM, PSRAM, and DRAM memory devices. I was responsible for designing multi-chip semiconductor product packages and writing test software for identifying post-assembly failures in memory devices.At the USPTO, I served as a Patent Examiner for over six years, focusing on U.S. Class 375, digital communications. There, I became familiar with industry-leading digital data modulation, demodulation, coding, decoding, and spread spectrum techniques. Before departing from the USPTO, I obtained the position of Primary Examiner.
