The Technical Sales Manager is responsible for managing customer (both internal and external) projects. This position is responsible for the communication of expectations for new products or making changes to existing products. This position provides a service to the Sales group in bringing on new business or building upon existing business. A critical function of the position is to bridge the communications between Sales and Operations; and, R&D and Operations.
