Responsible for providing leadership and management in organizing, equipping, and training a squadron of 1,300 men and women serving the Air Force’s largest MAJCOM, the 633d Air Base Wing, the 1st Fighter Wing, the 480th and 363rd Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance Wings, and 77 geographically separated units. The unit provides world-class manpower, personnel and services support, professional development and continuing education opportunities, recreation services, sustainment support services and deployment and family readiness services to over 9,000 active duty members, 2,000 civilian personnel, 68 senior raters, and 61,000 retirees and family members.

Leads branch responsible for development, analysis and execution of personnel policies affecting 405K total force enlisted men and women. Strategic Advisor to the Enlisted Board of Directors: serves as the conduit between Headquarters Air Force, Major Command & Combatant Commands Command Chief Master Sergeants on issues impacting the enlisted force. Personnel policy chair on the Enlisted Force Development Panel; codifies Air Force Chief of Staff & Chief Master Sergeant of the Air Force vision by effecting change across all human resource programs impacting enlisted airmen. Andrews Air Force Base, Maryland

Guided over 750 military and civilian members, across 6 diverse agencies in 20 separate facilities. Advised 3 wing commanders on effective use of services and human resources which directly impacted the quality of life of over 4,000 personnel assigned to Joint Base Andrews in Maryland. Assisted the commander in the management of a $7M operating budget, a $13M morale, welfare and recreation fund, mortuary services, 2 fitness centers, education and training facilities, lodging, food services, military and family services programs and other recreational programs.

Us Air Force Academy, Colorado Springs, Co

Led directorate charged with the control, management, and support of the US Air Force Academy's 7,400 active duty, civilian and cadet airmen. Oversaw 30 human resource programs and 23 personnel in developing and implementing manpower and personnel policy and program guidance. Facilitated the directorates $55,000 annual budget, the US Air Force Academy's $8M Command Man-Day Allocation System and $85,000 formal training budget. US Air Force Academy's Personnel career field functional manager providing career development and mentorship for 29 enlisted positions across 7 agencies.

Randolph Air Force Base, Tx

Led 11 personnel implementing and enforcing USAF evaluation policy & procedures. Interpreted guidance for human resources agencies throughout the Air Force; reviewed all Air Force evaluations for compliance with regulations. Responsible for cradle to grave processing of evaluation appeals, ensuring appeals are consistent with Air Force policy. Evaluated and prepared responses to waivers and extensions, coordinated exceptions to policy up to the Air Force Chief of Staff and the Secretary of the Air Force level.
