A lifelong Detroiter, Jason Malone's entrepreneurial spirit drives him to make an impact through his work and volunteerism. Presently, Jason is the owner and operator of Titus Proprietary Group, a real estate investment firm focused on residential acquisition, fix and flip and buy and hold properties. In addition, Jason is part owner of LIV Cannabis, a recreational marijuana dispensary located in downtown Detroit.Impacting and developing youth has always been a passion for Jason. That motivation drove Jason 23 years ago to inspire the creation of the Midnight Golf Program, a unique program that uses the game of golf as a backdrop to teach life skills and help young adults to thrive academically andpersonally. He currently serves as a member of the board of directors and has been a mentor for morethan 15 years. Midnight Golf provides training that produces positive peer relationships, improved social and decision-making skills, increased self-sufficiency and expanded life choices including a focus on college or vocational training. During the nine-month program, participants meet with mentors for bi-weekly sessions that include a life skills segment, group dinner and golf lessons. Taught by PGA Professionals, golf is incorporated into the program to teach the importance of following rules, appropriate dress, courtesy and respect for self and others. For the past 20 years, more than 4,500 youngpeople ages 17 to 22 have completed Midnight Golf with more than 1,000 currently enrolled in 160-plusdifferent colleges and universities throughout the country. Jason received a Bachelor of Arts degree in communications from Loyola University Chicago. He currently lives in Detroit with his wife Christianne, daughter Jenavieve, and dogs Liv and Munchkin. Jason is also a proud member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity Inc, board member for The Midnight Golf Program.
