Senior QAD Support Specialist. Primary support, design, development, and project management for the QAD 2014 SE implementation through a upgrade from version 2012 SE, the implementation of three new business acquisitions, and a number of integrations and customizations. Responsibilities included: Integration project management and development for Cadence and Deutsche banking transactions, Job Pack labor reporting, ConfigureOne Concept Connect Advanced (CCA) quoting, QSI automated quality reporting, and Meadowlard logistics support; Primary Progress development resource for nearly all QAD Progress customizations over this time including: Automated intracompany orders, product structure and routing change control, accounts payable payment controls, security reporting, batch scheduling, and automated user-friendly CIM load integration and error reporting.

KYB Americas KAC Franklin, INProject Manager. Designing, planning, and leading the QAD 2011.1 EE implementation at a client’s facility (KYB Americas, KAC Franklin). Leading a hybrid team of SIG Contractors and KYB Direct personnel to standardize their QAD launch with the KYB international facilities already live on various versions of QAD. Coordinated with Radley for integration of iCARis and IR*EDI products for EDI interface as well as the production reporting BAM and XDC packages. Managed the project time, personnel, and budgeting.

Advancing from Senior Business Analyst to Lead Business Analyst, finally to IT Manager in 2009. Managing all Business Analysts for the Global Applications, Information Technology department. Oversight of up to 12 QAD MFG/PRO v.8.5f & eB2 databases at 16 production facilities, integrated with PeopleSoft, WorkDay, Hyperion, Essbase, Cyberquery, Centric, Syncrospect, Crystal Reports, and various in-house developed SQL systems. Responsibilities included: Direct reporting Management of 4 senior-level Business Analysts and leadership of 4 offshore Contract Developers; budgeting; prioritization; project management; implementation data migration; process standardization, documentation and training; change control oversight; support and training for CyberQuery reporting; Finance, Accounts Payable and Receivable, and Costing support; Secondary support for all QAD functions; Bankruptcy filing, restructuring and emergence support; Restructured, Consolidated, rebuilt, and lead Business Analyst and Developer teams following restructuring; oversaw bolt-on modules for: Core and Metal pricing, Core Banking and Exchange, Scheduled Order Credit Limit, and automated shipping.

Support and upgrade of four QAD MFG/PRO v8.5f to eB2 implementations for the Finance and Supply-Chain Management dept. Responsibilities included the primary training and support for Finance, Accounts Payable and Receivable, Costing, and Purchasing departments on the QAD software and backup support in all other departments. Utilizing ProPlus, Global Requisitioning, Fixed Assets, Global Tax Management, Value Added Tax (Canada), ERS, and Consignment modules. Completed a currency conversion on a live database from US Dollar to Mexican Pesos, Upgraded three QAD databases from v8.5f to eB2, oversaw bolt-on module for all monthly Financial Reporting.

Leading the implementation and support of QAD MFG/PRO v.8.6d & eB for Supply-Chain Management in 12 production facilities. Responsibilities included implementation data migration; process standardization, documentation and training; change control oversight; and ongoing support for the Purchasing, Planning, and Receiving departments. Managed the Supply-Chain Coordinators charged with all order entry and planning processing system wide.

Implementation and support of QAD MFG/PRO v.7.3c & v.8.5f for the Sales in seven databases. Responsibilities included entry of all Items, Customers, Price Lists, and Sales Orders; customer EDI troubleshooting; training and documentation; implementation of QAD MFG/PRO Sales at 5 facilities; and centralization of all Sales functions.
