It is one of the largest Hilton properties in North America. - I was appointed as the Recreation Supervisor upon my recruitment. - I was later appointed as Food and Beverage Supervisor as a result of leadership movement. - I was able to design and implement the following: 2024 Recreation Training Manual, Wildlife SOP, various recreation activity calendars and daily planners, Pool furniture management system, Cabana sales tracker, multiple checklists and employee rotation sheet, Cabana cost calculator and first seasonal Outdoor Diamond Member Lounge- Completed supervisor/manager duties and responsibilities for the following outlets: Recreation, Tropics pool bar & grille, Fastbreak sports bar, Todovos Mexican restaurant and Scratch 24 hr market. - Provided assistance with menu design, special event signage design and promotional signage for the following outlets: Tropics, Fastbreak and Todovos. - Was responsible for Recreation event signage, graphics and general area signage. - Team was able to break single day sales record for Tropics Pool Bar and Grille, exceeding +$50 000-Recreation department maintained an average monthly increase of Cabana rentals of 86% compared to previous year, with June being the highest month exceeding 600% in cabana rentals, compared to previous year. - Reached combined departmental sales objective of + $5 000 000 by the month of November.
