Hilton Orlando is a large box hotel, located in the heart of International Drive, conveniently situated from landmarks such SeaWorld, Orange County Convention Centre and Universal theme parks. The hotel is a 1427 room property, with impressive conference facilities and resort features. It is one of the largest Hilton properties in North America. - I was appointed as the Recreation Supervisor upon my recruitment. - I was later appointed as Food and Beverage Supervisor as a result of leadership movement. - I was able to design and implement the following: 2024 Recreation Training Manual, Wildlife SOP, various recreation activity calendars and daily planners, Pool furniture management system, Cabana sales tracker, multiple checklists and employee rotation sheet, Cabana cost calculator and first seasonal Outdoor Diamond Member Lounge- Completed supervisor/manager duties and responsibilities for the following outlets: Recreation, Tropics pool bar & grille, Fastbreak sports bar, Todovos Mexican restaurant and Scratch 24 hr market. - Provided assistance with menu design, special event signage design and promotional signage for the following outlets: Tropics, Fastbreak and Todovos. - Was responsible for Recreation event signage, graphics and general area signage. - Team was able to break single day sales record for Tropics Pool Bar and Grille, exceeding +$50 000-Recreation department maintained an average monthly increase of Cabana rentals of 86% compared to previous year, with June being the highest month exceeding 600% in cabana rentals, compared to previous year. - Reached combined departmental sales objective of + $5 000 000 by the month of November. Whilst also maintained #1 status - visited and reviewed resortpass property in the Orlando market. - Was able to reduce staff turnover which was a particular issue with the recreation department. - Maximum amount of staff which I managed and scheduled for the recreation department was 16 staff members.

- The Laurel hotel and spa is a high-end luxurious boutique hotel consisting of 24 rooms, residences and rooftop based facilities.- Facilitated duties pertaining to both Rooms Division, Valet, and F&B for both Library, rooftop and events. - SOPs were completed to the standards of Forbes five star. - Maintained a guest satisfaction rating of 96 % for full duration of employment. KPIs included: Warm Welcome, offering quality, anticipatory services, overall friendliness and ability to assist guest needs.- Assisted with product offering design for rooftop based events. - Experience in VIP guest checked-in, booking handling and departing process.- Provided in depth information pertaining to the new Rane Center, Auburn & Opelika region and provided comprehensive assistance to interested guests.- Completion of duties and responsibilities to expected brand standards, directly contributed to property successfully achieving AAA five diamond rating, becoming the first Hotel in Alabama to achieve the title. - Personally designed a Southern Africa travel itinerary for a multitude of guests whom had interest in region. Included recommendations for cities to visit, suggested hotels with corresponding information and suggested activities. - Assisted with training for newly hired GEEs- Provided assistance and suggestions for strategic offerings based on research pertaining to demographic research, observations, market segment analysis, competitor analysis and previous experience.

- Assisted with development of rugby related skills training for AURFC club sports team. - Maintained strength and conditioning for all players. - Actively promoted the development of sport. - Assisted with the development of program from Division 2 to Division 1 - Provided oversight for both sevens and fifteens program. - Hobby based activity with no remuneration.

- The hotel at Auburn University is 250 + room hotel, with 10 conference facilities, Aricci Italiana restaurant, Piccolo lounge and café. The property is a AAA diamond four star property with a great relationship with Auburn University and affiliated partners.- Completed a in-depth experience generation opportunity with Banqueting department for 7 months. - Gained experience as a banquet sever, head server, bartender, event set-up and banquet captain. - Maintained a guest departmental satisfaction rating of 91%. KPIs included: Warm welcome, service quality, staff friendliness, staff knowledge, staff effectiveness, event set up appearance and fond farewell. - Events consisted of in-house banquet facilities ranking from refined Auburn University classes to +500 guest Hospitality Gala, award ceremonies, networking events and Auburn University sports events in-house and at appropriate sporting facilities.- Assisted with offsite events, pertaining to Gouge Performing arts Center, Red Barn, Alumni Center and other prospective clientele. - Proven VIP and private event service record.- Directly assisted with Banquet bartender, server and set-up training. - Completed a comprehensive rotationally program in Ariccia with positions pertaining to: Server, host, barista and bartender. - Personally designed craft cocktail offerings or specials with cost breakdown, which were incorporated during service. - Gained rotational experience at the following outlets: Hayday market and 1856 restaurant.

Completed a 50 week rotational internship at San Lameer resort & Hotel. With a specialisation in Food and beverage management. Experience included Housekeeping supervisor for La Main ( 600 + private Villa portfolio), Front desk agent, server, bartender, banqueting and events. Completed internship as Assistant Food and Beverage manager in training.

Was elected as manager and assistant controller of the finance department within MyPond Hotel. Then proceeded to be assistant student manager within the MyPond’s housekeeping department

Worked under a higher management role within the hotel, which required myself to take the responsibility of 1st year students, whom were within my working departments. This was in conjunction of the goal of ensuring that the highest value of service was provided at all times. I worked with the Front office, Kitchen and house keeping departments within the hotel.

First year of my Real World Learning module. Within my time at the student learning hotel, titled Mypond, I was able to learn basic skills and knowledge concerning the following departments: Housekeeping, Front office, Restaurant and Kitchen. The skills and experience gain will be the corner stone to the my future career.

I Worked across all facilities found within the organization and boasted experience within departments such as restaurant, bar facilities, storage, stock management, front of house experience and waitering hours. Within all the different spheres mentioned, I received personal training from current employees within the organization.
