As Project Designer and Manager for many projects coming through the office, I was responsible for all aspects of the projects from programming and design through construction for both new construction and renovation including the coordination efforts between engineering disciplines. My initial foray into the professional realm with a small firm allowed me the opportunity to perform many tasks. I had a great deal of input into the design of multiple church projects and built highly detailed physical models to illustrate the projects to the clients.

I was employed as a summer intern during two summers for the Building Plan Review Section of the Department of Public Works. During this time, I was responsible for code review for small residential projects. I was also introduced to the intricacies of Commercial Code Review.
