I strive to provide clients the information they need up front so that they can educate themselves and build confidence throughout the process. When something out of the ordinary occurs, I give as much advice in writing as possible so that clients have the chance to digest the information and make informed decisions. This isn’t the easiest way to do things for my office nor is it the cheapest route for the clients, but when doing transactions with so much money and emotions at stake, the “easiest” or “cheapest” way is never the better way. I like to think of my approach to real estate as 3D in nature. Many of my competitors can complete an average real estate deal but few take the time to look beyond the 2-dimensional surface level of the transaction. What happens when something arises out of the ordinary? Do they have the expertise to identify the issue and provide the guidance clients need? Will they take the time to provide a high level of service at that moment when the client is most stressed? I am constantly learning and re-evaluating my own processes to find efficiencies and new ways to protect my clients and provide a higher quality service. Even after completing thousands of purchases and sales, I have never forgotten how exciting real estate can be for my clients and I remain appreciative of the opportunity to help them navigate these important transactions.
