A VMware operations team member is responsible for supporting Capital One’s VMware environment from an ESXi Host build to general troubleshooting. Members are assigned to projects requiring virtualization support. While not doing project work it is the support specialist responsibility to resolve incident tickets submitted against the VMware environment.
