Provides security-related technical expertise to an assigned region (United States and Canada). Serves as the primary advisor to regional leadership regarding security matters. Oversees the preparations for and response to security situations in the region. Monitor and manage GSOC operations, including staffing, to ensure maximum coverage. Programs include intelligence analysis, product management, CCTV monitoring & response, travel tracking and support, crisis and emergency response coordination.Follow Legal and Security Management guidelines develop and manage strategic intelligence liaison with Law Enforcement and other private/public sector counterparts.Design, develop, and implement security operation protocols regarding traveler and asset safety, employee communication, and emergency response.Create measurable reporting processes to include security environment monitoring, incident response, tracking and reporting, and other service areas.Lead the information gathering process to understand potential risks to NOV personnel and guests.Support site-level local emergency response teams.Develop and implement intelligence reporting program policies, procedures, and performance metrics to include alerting assets, travelers, security assessments, country risk ratings, and other products.Ensure NOV security programs and strategies are effectively implemented, managed, and maintained.Conduct quarterly business reviews as requested by NOVDevelop security policies and procedures, define security performance metrics, and develop awareness and communications plans to support security programs.Support Crisis Management, Travel Security, and Business Continuity incident reporting structure as required by NOV’s Enterprise Risk Management programs.
