I’m an experienced community engagement, project management, and strategic leadership professional. I’m not only experienced in these areas but, also passionate about this work because of the chance to impact the lives of others. Therefore, whether working with the community, our team, or systems, I will succeed because I possess the workplace integrity to always pursue the objective with passion. In my career, I have experienced success in each of my positions because I am a master communicator. I believe understanding the content, mission, and equally, the audience enables me to effectively accomplish organizational objectives. A few of my accomplishments are listed below:As chair lead first budget efforts to include grant writer, pre-k expansion, and teacher aids in classrooms K-3Created Community Council in Woodlawn comprised of residents, business owners, and non-profits. We installed public safety cameras, purchased smart receptacles, and led over 15 clean-ups across the community.Authored e-marketing script for Mercedes Benz and Infiniti of Birmingham. We were recognized as top performers in the nation for e-sales.Co-authored grants and hosted donor tours leading to raising $6.2 million.
