I have been a project manager for 5 years now, completely running one of a kind jobs for residential houses, restaurants, businesses, etc. I would take the customers idea/concept and discuss with them what them wanted and draw up the concept in solidworks and then send it back to them for approval. I have worked with million dollar companies from out of state and had to design one off staircases for production. Currently I took a concept for a new casino from out of state and got it engineered, soon to be installed and completed. I work with multiple residential contractors to bring one of a kind items to life within their homes. My knowledge in metals from my schooling has added me in multiple projects that have expanded the current business that I work for. From stainless countertops to steel fire places, aluminum overhead television Jumbotrons, to designing a custom basement ceiling like world war 2 patch panels out of brass.I love to be challenged and have to think outside the box to create one of a kind objects. I put myself through school as a full time automotive mechanic, then after graduation I worked as a millwright at proctor and gamble for 2 years as a millwright. I learned precision welding and started running my own jobs there.After that I ran my own construction company building houses and celebration barns. I then had an accident as I fell off a roof and shattered my heal which lead me back to welding. I worked at a small weld shop that we would work on structural buildings, to welding dredges, to working on farm equipment. After 5 years there I wanted to expand my knowledge and use my skills from school more so I left and headed to my current company.I know a lot about construction, welding, design. And running projects from start to finish. I’m looking for my next challenge.
