Primary Wealth Management point of contact for 2 retail banking center regions (34 branches). Worked with branch staff to look for high net worth client opportunities and trained them on how to have a successful conversations with the client. Was responsible for tracking referrals and moving them through the sales cycle. Created and facilitated training.

Iowa City, Iowa Area

Helped to open a traditional bank branch on the east side of Iowa City. Primary focuses were building the branch's asset base and book of business through outside sales and referrals, customer service, and operational compliance. I handled all types of financial requests including, checking and savings accounts, loans and lines of credit, mortgage.

Naperville, IL

Managed an in-store bank branch. Primary focus was checking accounts, savings accounts, Certificates of Deposit, and customer service. I led a branch of 8 employees and consistantly achieved branch sales goal. Our strongest attribute as a branch was our customer service, where we achieved 8 straight quarters of 90%+ customer service scores.

May 2003-April 2004 My team was responsible for the primary data and voice comms between Baghdad International Airport (BIAP) and Camp Doha, Kuwait.
