I currently manage Blue Water Escrow in Newport Beach, CA. We handle transactions including, residential resales, short sales, REO's, relocations, refinances, 1031 exchanges and many other services. I use my diverse breadth of experience and education in closing services, contract review, lending, accounting and management to assist clients in navigating and successfully closing real estate transactions. I received my MBA from California State University Fullerton in August 2008 in Management & Finance and my undergrad is in Finance as well. I started my career in real estate in 2003 for a full service real estate company where I had the unique opportunity to explore many fields of real estate: realtor/broker services, lending, escrow and office management. I found the legal, accounting and detailed analysis needed for escrow to be of most interest to me and have been working in escrow services since 2004. I became the youngest and quickest person to ascend to Escrow Officer for what was at the time the largest independent escrow company in CA. I was co-lead on a company wide project that lasted almost 2 years where we traveled to 20+ offices across southern California helping implement new escrow and accounting software, trained over 200 employees and coordinated activities between corporate and branch level departments for seamless transitions.
