I lead the product management team at PsiQuantum. PsiQuantum’s mission is to build the world’s first commercially useful quantum computer and deploy it to tackle some of the greatest challenges we face — across climate tech, energy, pharma, defense, financial services and beyond. Our product management team works hard to ensure we’re delivering the right set of software and hardware solutions to enable PsiQuantum’s partners to utilize this revolutionary new computational capability.

Product Management Lead for Google Research’s Science efforts:* Climate AI: launch external products for climate change mitigation and adaptation using Google’s artificial intelligence (AI) capabilities. Our work will deliver the largest share of Google’s climate mitigation commitment: avoiding 1 gigaton of carbon emissions annually by 2030.* Natural Science AI: using AI to advance fields in the natural sciences. Developed product strategies across multiple fields of the natural sciences including cellular biology, genomics, geophysics, material science, photonics, and forensics.* Drug Discovery AI: transforming small molecule drug discovery through machine learning. Launched a spin-off company (ZebiAi Therapeutics) in partnership with X-Chem Pharmaceuticals to commercialize Google’s small molecule drug discovery AI models.* Quantum Computing (Quantum AI team): launching the world’s first useful quantum computer. Managed product management team and led overall product strategy including creating the long term product and commercial strategy to bring Google’s quantum computer to market.* Colab: Google’s market leading data science and machine learning notebook (Google Colaboratory). Led growth of the Colab product from <1M to 7M+ developers and launch of paid monetization offerings like Colab Pro, Pro+, and Enterprise Colab for Google Cloud.

Led Google's product effort to both provide brand advertisers with unique insights into their consumers and measurement of their marketing campaigns’ effectiveness.* My team managed products including Active View (Viewability), Audience reporting and GRPs, Brand Lift, and Sales Lift. My team also managed Google Consumer Surveys and user panels.* Our technologies supported many Google businesses, including YouTube, the Google Display Network (GDN), and DoubleClick.

Led Google's advertising platform to enable world's largest agencies and advertisers to manage their digital advertising campaigns. The DoubleClick Digital Marketing included DFA, Rich Media, Dynamic Ads (formerly Teracent), and Bid Manager (formerly InviteMedia).

Product manager for Google Display Network and AdSense for Content. * Led efforts to increase monetization for AdSense for Content with improved ad targeting, particularly through machine learning. Generated over $1B in incremental revenue for Google and received a Google Founder’s Award.* Founded many new products for direct response advertisers on the Google Display Network, overseeing both backend and frontend product design.

Fletcher Spaght is a strategic consulting and venture capital firm that advises high-tech and biotech startups on product strategy. - Developed product strategies based on primary research (i.e. interviews with customers, prospective customers, and lost customers) to identify market requirements, market size, and viable business models for multiple clients spanning Internet security software, hardware, and services firms, wireless handsets vendors, and cable CPE vendors.- Performed venture capital due diligence on numerous deals spanning high-tech and biotech sectors.

- Working in McKinsey’s Business Technology Office and High Tech Strategy Practice, developed technology strategies for Fortune 500 companies.- Projects included a market assessment and strategy (enterprise data storage market), product portfolio strategy (software company), IT organizational design (investment bank), and post merger management of IT divisions (oil and gas).
