• Create and design digital assets and advertising including email, social graphics, landing pages and web banners for desktop, mobile and tablet platforms• Produce work in a fast-paced environment meeting deadlines and expectations for quality, creativity and accuracy on a daily basis• Take on overflow projects for physical event graphics, signage, and print materials as needed• Utilize Salesforce Marketing Cloud to prepare email images and html coding for automated email sends• Develop disruptive designs that adhere to brand guidelines and translate into integrated solutions for web, mobile and digital promotional marketing initiatives

• Creative direction and design for all packaging, marketing material and collateral for Australian Gold, JWOWW and various private label brands• Perform website, label copy and documentation updates to coincide with the constantly changing indoor tanning market, brand standards and legal requirements• Participate in executive presentations for new packaging ideas and design pitches• Regularly present inspiration boards, design mockups and fully rendered artwork according to brand standards for brand manager approval• Create monthly magazine advertisements, web eblasts and newsletters for marketing and promotional use• Effectively meet deadlines in a fast paced work environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously across a number of brands• Collaborate with interior and exterior clients on a wide range of projects for costing, printing, sourcing and design work• Provide education and training to a number of co-workers and interns• Create tradeshow layout concepts including scale drawings and 3D rendered booth images showing furniture layout and banner placement
