As President of Timberlake Homes, Jason Minzer helps lead the strategic direction of the organization. Since joining the Timberlake team in 2009, he has brought expert insight and recommendations on construction planning, scheduling, budgeting, and technology that have significantly contributed to Timberlake’s expansion into new product types, improved build cycles, and a greater focus on quality—helping grow the company and continuing to provide excellent customer service.

Overseeing all phases of construction for the production department in both Maryland and Delaware as well as the Design Build team. Monitor construction budgets, ensuring all houses are built with in our 14 week build schedule, and delivered for settlement on time.

Manage the construction process of new homes, while working within a budget to ensure an on-time, zero defect delivery for the customer.

Review budgets and take-offs to ensure the accuracy in materials delivered, as well as procure the most cost effective trade partners.

Perform accurate take-offs and manage the installation of numerous landscape packages for new home construction.
