Leadership Support Team Manager
CurrentIn my current position as Leadership Support Team Manager, I:• Oversight of the overall infrastructure and security, including the security of equipment and security systems (cameras, perimeter security systems, access control points).• Responsible for Executive Protection agent’s schedules: Analyze department resources and teams responsible for delivering and coordinating employee shifts to match expected work volumes. • Manage a team of six. Coach individuals by providing frequent performance evaluations and expectations that focus on setting goals and deadlines and holding direct reports accountable. • Documents appropriate evaluations and approves finance requests from agents.• Serve as the Point of Contact (POC) liaison between departments (the principal, the family, and house staff); Keep an open and effective communication line, provide clear and concise answers as it pertains to each task, and operations run safely.• Attend residential training initiatives and stay up to date with security trends and strategies to mitigate risk.• Respond to and appropriately handle emergency situations that arise at the principal’s residence calmly and effectively, with the ability to change the approach or method to fit the situation best. • Provide ongoing training to junior staff by having in-depth industry knowledge, an understanding of the residential landscape, and a drive to improve the overall employee experience.
