I have a certificate in Automotive Dealership General Management from Georgian College, and more than thirty years of experience in the automotive industry, including two years as a Regional Fixed Operations Manager at Century Auto Group, and two years as a General Manager at Steele Mitsubishi. I have developed and implemented effective strategies to increase customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty, as well as to optimize operational efficiency, quality, and safety. I have also trained and coached hundreds of employees to achieve their personal and professional goals, and to deliver excellent service to our clients.
