Weekly duties include processing payroll for 13 employees, process bills for payment, and record deposits to appropriate accounts. Each month I reconcile all accounts (PayPal, 7 credit card accounts, 2 checking accounts, and three savings accounts) submit payroll taxes, and prepare monthly reports for the church board. Annually, I prepare charitable giving statements for tax deductible donations, complete annual reports for the church, and prepare w-2’s for all church employees. Occasionally process new hires. Three years experience with both desktop and online versions of QuickBooks, Microsoft Office and Excel.
