• Lead for Production Support of GuideWire ClaimCenter, Policy Center, Billing Center.• Project Management role producing Production Support protocols for initial release of GuideWire ClaimCenter application. • Delivered Commercial Claims release for 714 users to access ClaimCenter including support for Integration components (Thunderhead, Alfresco, XactiMate, ISO, ORACLE (SIT), SendSuite).• Oversee maintenance releases and lead triage and communication to end-users for major system outages.

• Leader for team responsible for developing integration components for GuideWire ClaimCenter as the first new software component for ‘Citizens Insurance Suite’ replacing legacy Claims systems.• Analysis and design work for bringing in legacy data into the new GuideWire ClaimCenter product.• Direct liaison between Citizens Insurance and external vendors integrated with the GuideWire ClaimCenter component (ISO, NeoPost, Metropolitan Reporting, etc.).
