I was an accounting intern in the Real Estate group. I did work in both tax services for various private and public real estate holding firms. Additionally, I worked on audits for these same companies throughout the summer.

I helped organize, sort and reconcile the Pension Fund's $22 Billion dollars in investments from the NYC Comptroller. I also worked in accounts payable where I paid, and organized outgoing payments.

I organized and drilled down prospective clients from various sources to help find potential clients who may benefit for Refi based on changing market factors. During my time at GuardHill I was able to secure a $500,000 loan that I brought in based on the aforementioned drill down techniques.
